We review our patients in the online hormone clinic after they have had a diagnosis made of Gender Dysphoria. We manage all aspects of dose titration, administration, initiation, duration of treatment, monitoring, interpretation of laboratory results and likely treatment effects.

How It works
Appointments & waiting times
Currently all appointments are offered on a virtual basis via videoconferencing. We have no plans to change this approach as it allows patients from outside the Yorkshire region to access our care without excessive travel. Please contact the practice manager for appointments

Follow Up Appointments
After your initial appointment, we offer follow ups at 3 or 6 months, then 6 monthly for the first year, then annually thereafter.

Waiting Time for Appointments
My current waiting time for private patients is 6 weeks.

NHS GIC
The waiting lists for NHS care are considerably longer, but it is recommended you join an NHS GIC as they can provide a holistic service including speech and language therapy, ongoing psychological support and access to gender reassignment surgeons.
