What is remote review?
Ongoing Clinical Remote Review
Remote review is conducted via completed medical form, along with review of blood tests, current medication, weight and blood pressure, full stop. This allows for safe prescribing and comprehended monitoring of patients who are taking gender affirming hormone treatments.
Typically, this is conducted on an annual basis. Please note, this is a typical patient journey, but this can vary depending on an individual's needs or health issues. Occasionally, patients will need to be followed up by zoom, should it be clinically required.
Do you have a recent blood test with the required results?
